NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. ONLY LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO) ARE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW OR REGULATION.

ELIGIBILITY: This Life Cafe RENT Tickets Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. (except Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older on the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Life Cafe Inc. (the Sponsor) and no officers, directors, employees, and agents of Sponsor or its affiliates, subsidiaries, their suppliers, contractors, advertising and promotional agencies and/or members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household ("Affiliates") are eligible to enter or win.

TO ENTER: The Life Cafe RENT Tickets Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on March 1, 2008 and ends on March 31, 2008, at 11:59 p.m. (ET) ("Sweepstakes Period"). You will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes when you successfully complete a Sweepstakes entry form at Life Cafe, 343 E. 10^th Street, New York, New York, 10009. You understand that by submitting an entry (1) you are accepting the terms of these Official Rules and agreeing to be bound by them. Limit one (1) entry per person.

PRIZE: One Grand Prize Winner will receive a one (1) voucher good for two (2) tickets (total prize value: $220) to RENT, the Broadway musical, showing at the Nederlander Theater, 208 W. 41^st Street, New York, New York, 10036. Restrictions apply. The tickets must be used by April 27, 2008. One Second Prize Winner will receive a gift certificate from Life Cafe valued at $50.00 and one Third Prize Winner will receive a Life Cafe gift certificate valued at $25.00. Sales tax and gratuity are not included in the value of the gift certificates. These gift certificates are to be redeemed at Life Cafe, 343 E. 10^th St., New York, New York, 10009, by June 31, 2008. Prizes may not be transferred, substituted, or exchanged. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS.

'WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Grand Prize Winner, Second Prize Winner, and Third Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about April 1, 2008, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning the Prizes will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The winners will be notified on or about April 1, 2008, by email ("Winner Notice"). The Winner Notice will include information on how the winners can claim their Prize. Failure to comply with any rule, regulation or limitation will result in the forfeiture of the prize, in whole or in part.

The Winner Notice will also include a copy of an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity Release ("Affidavit"). Within ten (10) days of receipt of the Winner Notice, the winner shall be required to sign, notarize and return to Life Cafe, Inc. the Affidavit and Release. The winner must provide their full name, mailing address (the mailing address may not be a PO Box) in the Affidavit and Release. Failure to sign and return the Affidavit and Release within the time requested may result in forfeiture of the Prize. No responsibility is assumed for lost, stolen, late or misdirected mail. The Affidavit and Release is null and void if incomplete, not legible or if they contain errors.

GENERAL: The parties hereby grant to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, or the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County, exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes. By entering, participating and/or accepting a prize, each entrant agrees: (1) to release Sponsor and its Affiliates from all liability, loss or damage arising out entry, participation or selection in the Sweepstakes and/or the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the prize; (2) to be bound by these Official Rules and the Life Cafe Privacy Policy applicable to information submitted during the entry, selection and award process (which may be reviewed at any time at http://www.siteforrent.com/rent_lifecafe.htm or write to the Sponsor at the address below to obtain a copy); (3) that the determinations and decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; and (4) to the use of his or her name, photographs, likenesses, biographical information, and city and state of residence for advertising, trade and promotional purposes in all media worldwide (including online) in perpetuity without additional compensation, except to the extent restricted or prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Winner is responsible for all taxes.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LIMIT OF LIABILITY: By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes or accepting or using the Prize, each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded, other than the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners, which is in the sole and exclusive discretion of the Sponsor, shall be resolved without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards to entrant shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys fees or costs; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain and entrant hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

VIOLATION OF RULES OR LAWS: Any attempt to damage or undermine the conduct or operation of the Sweepstakes or intercept or interfere with the Sweepstakes, any entries and/or prizes, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and pursue any and all remedies available, to the fullest extent of the law. The delay or failure of Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any kind.

WINNER'S NAME: For the name of the prize winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope after April 1, 2008, and before May 1, 2008, to Life Cafe, Inc., 343 E. 10^th St., New York, NY, 10009.
