received the 1996 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and the Tony Award for Best Musical for Rent. His ground-breaking musical became the seventh longest-running show in Broadway history; has been performed in over 27 countries; and became a feature film directed by Chris Columbus. Jonathan won the Stephen Sondheim Award and the Richard Rodgers Development Grant for his rock musical Superbia (which may yet be re-shaped for Broadway). He performed his rock monologue tick, tick…BOOM! at Second Stage Theatre, The Village Gate and New York Theatre Workshop before it was produced Off- Broadway in 2001, touring both here and abroad (Neil Patrick Harris starred in London). Jon created and co-wrote the children’s DVD Away We Go!, and can be heard on the Library of Congress Songwriter Series CD Jonathan Sings Larson. Rent world premiere: February 13, 1996 at NYTW; Broadway opening April 29, 1996. Mr. Larson died of an undiagnosed aortic aneurysm, attributed to Marfan Syndrome, on January 25, 1996, ten days before his 36th birthday.

Michael Greif has received three Tony Award nominations and won the Obie Award. He was the Artistic Director of the La Jolla Playhouse in La Jolla, California from 1994 - 1999. He is represented in the current season by Angels in America Parts I and II (Signature Theater Company) and The Intelligent Homosexual's Guide to Capitalism and Socialism with a Key to the Scriptures (Public Theater). On Broadway, he most recently directed the musicals Next to Normal (also at Second Stage Theatre and Arena Stage) and Grey Gardens (also at Playwrights Horizons), receiving Tony Award nominations as director for each. He directed the original 1996 production of RENT, earning a Tony Award nomination for Best Direction of a Musical, the Drama Desk Award nomination for Outstanding Director of a Musical, and the Obie Award. He was an Artistic Associate at the New York Theatre Workshop where he directed, among others, Bright Lights, Big City (1998-99) and the original production of RENT. Among his many directing credits off-Broadway are John Guare's Landscape of the Body and A Few Stout Individuals at the Signature Theater, Beauty of the Father for the Manhattan Theatre Club, and Romeo and Juliet at the New York Shakespeare Festival at the Delacorte Theater (June 2007).

Larry Keigwin's prolific and wide-ranging dance career began the day he auditioned as a back-up dancer for Downtown Julie Brown on Club MTV (he got the gig). He continued his dance career working for Chezzam! enlivening many a bar and bat mitzvah while earning his BA in dance from Hofstra University. In addition to Larry's choreographic work with K+C, his recent commissions have included The New York City Ballet's Choreographic Institute, The Martha Graham Dance Company, The Juilliard Dance Ensemble, The NYU/Tisch School's Second Avenue Dance Company, Paradigm, Hofstra University and California Institute of the Arts. His other choreographic credits include work with the pop band Fischerspooner, comedian Murray Hill and as an Associate Choreographer for both the Radio City Rockettes and the Off-Broadway musical "The Wild Party". As a dancer Larry has danced at the Metropolitan Opera in Doug Varone's "Le Sacre Du Printemps" and Julie Taymor's "The Magic Flute" in addition to his work with Mark Dendy (receiving a Bessie Award in 1998 for his performance in "Dream Analysis"), Robin Becker, Jane Comfort, John Jasperse, Doug Elkins, Zvi Gotheiner, and David Rousseve. He appeared in the Broadway bomb "Dance of the Vampires" and the Julie Taymor, Oscar nominated film "Across the Universe." In his spare time, Larry has created "Keigwin Kabaret," a fusion of modern dance, vaudeville, and burlesque acts presented by the Public Theater at Joe's Pub and by Symphony Space.

She was also nominated for a Drama Desk award, Dora Movar Award, and an Italian Musical Theater Award. Some recent designs include Anything Goes, Book of Mormon, American Idiot, Promises, Promises and Next to Normal (Tony nomination), Grease, Curtains, Spring Awakening, as well as Grey Gardens and The Pajama Game which both earned Drama Desk nominations. Off Broadway designs include Everyday Rapture, Saved, 10 Million Miles, and Bug, for which he won an Obie and Lucille Lortel award. His career has spanned twenty-five years and taken him across America, Europe and Asia and has afforded him the opportunity to work with the most talented composers, directors, designers, actors, musicians and stagehands in the world for which he is eternally grateful.

has had the privilege to be the General Manager of three Tony Award winning best musicals, In The Heights, Avenue Q and RENT. He was also the General Manager for the Broadway productions of the revival of Ragtime, Irving Berlin’s White Christmas and Baz Luhrmann’s Production of Puccini’s La Bohème. He was the general manager for the national tour of Avenue Q, two national touring companies of RENT, the Canadian, West End, and German productions of RENT, Avenue Q at the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas and the holiday perennial Irving Berlin’s White Christmas which has had productions in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, Toronto, St. Paul and Detroit.

Is a dramaturg, director and teacher. She brought nearly 20 years of new play dramaturgical experience to her months of work with Jonathan Larson on the script of RENT. She was Associate Artistic Director for the Philadelphia Theatre company where she created and administered a new play festival. She was Dramaturg at Circle Repertory Company. She has directed over 100 productions of both new plays and revivals at regional and New York theatres, and many more workshops and reading of new plays. She is currently head of the MFA program in dramaturgy at Brooklyn College.

Jeffrey is a graduate of the University of Michigan.

Kevin McCollum received Tony Awards for Best Musical for In the Heights (2008), Avenue Q (2004) and RENT (1996), which was also awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and is now a major motion picture. He also produced Pulitzer Prize finalist Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo starring Robin Williams; The Drowsy Chaperone (five 2006 Tony Awards); Baz Luhrmann's La Bohème (2002), which won two Tony Awards; High Fidelity (2006); [title of show] (2008); West Side Story (2009), Ragtime (2010), and the debut stage production of Irving Berlin's White Christmas. Allan S. Gordon received the 1996 Tony Award for Best Musical for Rent. He also produced the original West End engagement as well as two revivals with Elan V. McAllister at the Prince of Wales Theatre in London. Mr. Gordon was represented on Broadway by Spamalot, for which he received the 2005 Tony Award for Best Musical, as well as Hairspray, for which he received the 2003 Tony Award for Best Musical. He received the 1999 Tony Award for Best Revival of a Play for Arthur Miller’s Death of a Salesman and received a Tony nomination that same season for the revival of Eugene O’Neill’s The Iceman Cometh. In 2002, he received a Tony nomination for Best Play Metamorphoses. Allan Gordon’s career spans the fields of theatre, law, investment banking, real estate and venture capital. In 2010, he received a Tony nomination for Best Musical for American Idiot. He is the chairman of the Allan S. Gordon Foundation, which, among other things, grants awards to not-for-profit theatres for the development of new theatrical works. Mr. Gordon is vice-chairman and a trustee of New York Theatre Workshop, a graduate of Harvard Law School and a member of the New York Stock Exchange.
