A group is ten or more tickets purchased for one date. You have the choice of purchasing the best available group seats in the Orchestra, Front Mezzanine or Rear Mezzanine at a group discounted price whenever available (with savings of up to 50% off regular ticket price). Theatre Direct / Showtix works with you to determine the best buy for you or your clients. No additional fees are added to group orders except for some Saturday evenings and select holiday performances.
How does it work?
Theatre Direct / Showtix places your order with the box office. The box office will confirm or deny availability, and Theatre Direct / Showtix will contact you. The confirmation process usually takes about three days. It may take longer if your requested date is far in the future, as most shows confirm orders only three to six months out. If confirmed, the box office will hold your reservation until the payment due date, at which point you may pay for the tickets or cancel the order.
