1. ELIGIBILITY: The Finale B: RENT Video Contest (the "Promotion") is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States, aged 18 and older as of date of entry. Employees, directors and officers (and their immediate families or household members) of RENT LLC ("Sponsor"), Allied Live, Life Cafe, New York Film Academy and their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and/or their advertising, promotional and/or fulfillment agencies (collectively, the "Entities"), are not eligible to enter. VOID OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

2. TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. You may enter the Promotion from 12:00:00 AM, Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on July 14, 2008 through 11:59:59 PM EDT on August 12, 2008. In order to be eligible for the Promotion, you must create a digital video following these guidelines: Entries must be no more than 2 minutes in length. Entries must be uploaded on www.YouTube.com and linked on www.SiteForRent.com no later than August 12, 2008 at 11:59:59 PM EDT. You must fill out completely the registration form and post a link to your video submission page on the designated area of www.SiteForRent.com.  As an alternative form of entry, you may film and submit your video at Life Cafe's East Village location (343 E. 10th Street, New York City). All video entries shot at Life Cafe must be accompanied by a completed hard copy entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrants that it deems inappropriate for any reason, in its sole discretion, including but not limited to entries containing references to drug or alcohol use, sexually explicit activity or violation of laws. Entries must not violate the rights of any third parties, including copyrights. In the event an insufficient number of entries are received, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Promotion and shall be under no obligation to award the prizes. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for typographical or other errors in the printing of the Promotion information, administration of the Promotion, or in the announcement of the prizes. By entering, all entrants assign and transfer all rights, title and interest, including copyrights, in and to their respective submissions to Sponsor and waive all moral rights. By entering, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and grant to Sponsor the right to use the submission in any manner whatsoever in any and all media throughout the world in perpetuity, including without limitation the right to copy, edit, publish, promote, broadcast and otherwise use in whole or in part, their entries without further permission, notice, or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

3. JUDGING CRITERIA: All submissions must be the sole property and original work of the entrant. Each entrant must enter as an individual only. By entering, each entrant warrants and represents that his or her entry is performed by him or her only. Please retain a copy of your submission. On or about August 5, 2008, the digital videos will be judged by members of the RENT team. The entries will be judged based on the following criteria: 40% artistic merit, 20% creativity, 20% originality, and 20% adherence to theme. The decision of the judges will be final and binding in all respects.

4. WINNER SELECTION/PRIZES: Fifty (50) winners will be chosen on or about August 13, 2008. All winners will be notified by e-mail on or about August 14, 2008. If a winner cannot be reached after reasonable effort has been exerted, he/she is found to be ineligible, he/she cannot accept or receive a prize for any reason or if he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules in any respect, such winner will be disqualified and his/her prize forfeited and, in such event, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to choose an alternate winner. GRAND PRIZES: Grand Prize consists of one (1) entry to the RENT party at Life Cafe on September 5, 2008 and one (1) ticket to RENT at 2 pm on September 6, 2008. Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize: $110. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $5,500. Prizes are non-transferable; no substitutions, cash redemptions or exchanges allowed except in the Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prizes. Winners are solely responsible for transportation and lodging.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: All potential winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days after such documents are sent. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, at the sole discretion of Sponsor. The Sponsor and the Entities are not responsible for inaccurate, delayed, lost, misdirected, late entries or for computer system, server or other technical or human failures of any kind. Entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. Your entry will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, if you fail to comply with or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute concerning who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" (as hereinafter defined) of the e-mail address provided on the entry. An "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person to whom an e-mail address is assigned by an Internet access provider or other online service provider. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all respects. 6. RESERVATIONS: Each entrant by playing this Promotion, and each winner by accepting prize, agree: (1) to be bound by these rules and the judge's decisions and to comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations; (2) that neither the Sponsor nor any of the Entities, nor any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives are responsible or liable for any claim, injury, loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses arising out of participation in this Promotion, or the acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize; and (3) that, except where prohibited by law, entry or acceptance of the prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to use all winners' names, voices, likenesses, photographs, biographical information, prize information and/or statements about the Promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation unless otherwise prohibited. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as originally planned, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion.

7. INTERNET: If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the online portion of the Promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading any materials in this Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

USE OF INFORMATION: The information that you provide in connection with the Promotion may be used for Sponsor's internal purposes and to send you information about Sponsor's products, but will not be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Promotion or as required by law or legal process.
